The Scappoose Innovation District is a public-private initiative designed to catalyze economic growth across Columbia County and the greater Portland metro area. Anchored by the Oregon Manufacturing Innovation Center (OMIC), the district blends applied research, workforce training, entrepreneurial growth, and modern living into a connected, future-ready community.
